Instructions

Let's follow the instructions for cooking it

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, mash 2 ripened bananas.
  3. Add butter, peanut butter, both sugars, egg, vanilla and stir.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
  5. Add dry ingredients to banana mixture and stir until combined (do not stir this to death!)
  6. Add mini chocolate chips and briefly stir.
  7. Drop by large spoonful onto parchment lined baking sheet.
  8. In a small bowl, pour 1/4 cup of sugar and 1/2 tsp of cinnamon and stir. Sprinkle over unbaked cookies.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until slightly golden brown. My oven is hot, and only needs 10 minutes.
